Virtual Drop-In Sessions
Community supports a consistent mindfulness practice and sense of collective belonging. I’ll point to some communities of practice I’m involved in and recommend others. Come just as you are.

1-on-1 Sessions
Mentoring sessions aim to meet you where you are. They can take various forms and usually begin with a ~2-minute meditation. Seeing what’s present, there may be a theme or inquiry that wants attention, which we can explore through relational, guided practice or conversation.

Group Facilitation & Retreats
I facilitate mindfulness sessions for groups— both for adults and teens and In secular and Buddhist settings. I also teach at Open Door Meditation Community in Portland, ME, and am open to leading sessions and retreats for groups on request.
