Hello!
As a lifelong explorer, I traveled through nearly 40 countries and lived abroad a few times, all before turning 30. While those global experiences shaped me profoundly, venturing into my mind and opening my heart through meditation has undoubtedly been life’s most fascinating and rewarding journey. That's why I'm here—to share how mindfulness can help us really live our one precious life.
Mindfulness nurtures curiosity, kindness, deep listening, and compassion, allowing me to show up fully even amidst life's challenges. I hope to share this wisdom to help unstick from life's struggles, reclaim attention, and align with our deepest intentions.
My path: My contemplative journey began over twenty years ago with a 10-day silent meditation retreat in India. Since then, I’ve sat retreats and learned from Ch’an, Tibetan, Zen, Vipassana, and Western Insight teachers. Realizing I wanted to share these life-altering teachings, I completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and Inward Bound Teacher Training program.
My day job: I have guided students and families through anxiety-inducing admissions processes for the past 13+ years and run One Sky Education. I’m also the Post-Secondary Options Counselor at Maine Coast Waldorf School.
